THE COWS AT PALO DURO

THE COWS AT PALO DURO is an oil painting based on our time spent in a cabin by the Palo Duro Canyon, TX. The Palo Duro Canyon is the second largest canyon in the country. Every morning and afternoon we would take the same route back to our cabin and pass by these 4 beautiful longhorns casually grazing in the fields. Sometimes we’d grab a beer or a glass of wine at the Sad Monkey barn and just sit taking in the fresh air and the laid back life of the Texas panhandle.
